Regions of Origin

Our Coffee is sourced direct-to-farm from the following regions:

  • Colombia (Quindio/Armenia)
  • Brazil (Minas Gerais)
  • Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe)

Farming and Processing

All three regions are meticulously washed, sun-dried, and fermented for 12-17 hours which unlocks the rich, authentic flavors.

Expert Roasting

Roasted in collaboration with Empyr Coffee in St. Louis, MO.
Coffee roast profiles were developed for a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.

Flavor Profile

Colombia: Features rich milk chocolate and roasted almonds notes with a subtle hint of orange as well as the refined, smooth finish.

Brazil: Features a robust blend that highlights rich, chocolate notes and hints of caramel and roasted nuts with a heavy body, balanced acidity, and smooth finish.

Ethiopia: Features sweet, fruity notes with a light body, and mellow acidity. Each batch is hand roasted to brew a rich cup that provides a balanced profile of flavor and smooth coffee.
